Simply tie the stems together and hang them in a warm dry area such as an attic. If you collect the seed heads, consider wrapping a paper bag around them around the herbs. Punch holes in the bag to allow air to circulate. You can tray dry in a box made of one by one lumber with a cheesecloth bottom. This is good for small amounts of herbs and seed heads.
